    Synthetic graphite uses organic polyester film as raw material and is sintered at high temperature. It has significant advantages such as high crystallinity and good lattice orientation. The thermal conductivity of the product is very high. The maximum thermal conductivity in the horizontal direction can reach 1800W / MK, which is much higher than that of metal aluminum, copper and natural graphite. The longitudinal thermal conductivity of synthetic graphite is about 15W / MK, which can be compared with traditional thermal interface materials, and has better temperature resistance and reliability. The material is very soft, and coil can be provided to facilitate die-cutting. It is widely used in smart phones, communication equipment manufacturing and other industries.
